Terms of Service

1.0 Quality Commitment
1.1 Subject to 1.2, 1.3, and 1.4, 360 Painting and More, LLC (dba Infinity Holiday Lights) confirms that for the goods and services provided as of the date of installation, that such goods and services will be free from defects in material and workmanship
    1. Electrical wiring and accessories (socket wire extension cord, plugs) – 3 year quality commitment
    2. Replaceable bulbs – 3 year quality commitment
    3. All other items (5mm light strings, clips, wreath, garland) – 3 year commitment
1.2 Any quality commitment listed in Section 1.1 is void if the item(s) are left up over 180 consecutive days
1.3 Bulb burnouts or electrical damage caused by the homeowner, weather elements, animal interference, or transit are not covered under Section 1.1 In addition, changes or deterioration in the brightness of any lights installed are natural occurences and are not covered under the quality commitment outlined in Section 1.1
1.4 The quality commitment is void if 360 Painting and More, LLC (dba Infinity Holiday Lights) does not perform both the annual installation and takedown
2.0 Repairs & Maintenance
2.1 360 Painting and More, LLC (dba Infinity Holiday Lights) will provide onsite repairs and maintenance for any product under our quality commitment starting from the installation date for up to 180 days after. On site repairs and maintenance are defined as:
    1. Product failure within scope of the quality commitment outlined in 1.0
2.2 Any repair and maintenance request that is not covered under these commitments will result in an extra fee to be charged
3.0 Other Conditions
3.1 The quality commitments are only applicable to holiday lights products supplied and installed by 360 Painting and More, LLC (dba Infinity Holiday Lights)
3.2 In the event of a closure of any individual 360 Painting and More, LLC (dba Infinity Holiday Lights) location at any time, the quality commitments are void
3.3 360 Painting and More, LLC (dba Infinity Holiday Lights) reserves the right ro reject any quality commitment claim that it deems not in accordance with Section 3.1
3.4 360 Painting and More, LLC (dba Infinity Holiday Lights) reserves the right to make any adjustments to this quality commitment policy
